Payment & Refunds policy

1. Payment Methods

We accept payments via secure online payment processors.

2. Payment Timing

Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made in full before services are rendered.

3. Refunds

Refunds are available only if a service has not been started or if both parties agree to cancel the service before work begins. Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booked consultation, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Secure Processing

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment card information.
